When the cup cools you will get sweet limeade, white grape, and honey. Their favourite part of this coffee... it's long sweet finish that is distinct and addictive. This coffee has a silky body. Francy, inspired by her upbringing on a coffee farm, pursued a degree in Agronomy while simultaneously working on her family's farm to support her studies. Graduating in 2019, she gained experience as a Field Assistant at the FNC and in sensory development at a private export lab, deepening her passion for coffee. At her farm, El Ubérrimo, sustainable practices are employed, including minimal chemical use to preserve soil health, resulting in clean, sweet, and complex flavors in the coffee, which undergoes a meticulous process of ripening, fermenting, and drying before reaching its final form.
