In the cup you will get very bright citrus like lemon, intense florals, raw sugar sweetness and ripe stone fruits. Finca El Chaferote, managed by Erick Bravo in San Agustín, Huila, Colombia, is a 9-hectare coffee farm situated alongside the Magdalena River, boasting 22,000 coffee trees including Pink Bourbon, Colombia, Castillo, and Catimore varieties. This specific lot, harvested in October/November 2023, exclusively comprises 100% Pink Bourbon, reflecting Erick's dedication to high-quality coffee. Processed with a 48-hour cherry stage followed by a 36-hour dry-ferment, these beans undergo meticulous washing and drying in a greenhouse for 15-20 days. Erick and his family's achievements include top placements in competitions such as Huila Mágico and Colombia’s Cup of Excellence, showcasing their commitment to excellence in coffee production.
